On July 28, under the guidance of the Science and Technology Department of Shandong Province, the Lixia District Science and Technology Bureau of Lixia District of Jinan City held a high-level talent technical achievements promotion meeting in Jinan Qilu Science and Technology Financial Building.
At the meeting, Shandong University Qilu Hospital and ROBO Medical carried out a signing ceremony for the cooperative research and development of digestive endoscopy minimally invasive assisted surgical robot system.
Since 2017, ROBO Medical has cooperated with Shandong University Qilu Hospital to develop digestive tract surgical robots, and undertook the project of "Key research and development plan of the Ministry of Science and Technology - Key technology and system of digestive endoscopy minimally invasive surgical robots", and the two sides are committed to effectively applying surgical robot technology to the treatment of digestive tract diseases.
The gastrointestinal surgical robot equipment jointly developed by the two parties has recently entered the clinical end. This signing ceremony marks a solid step for Shandong University Qilu Hospital and ROBO Medical in the fields of gastrointestinal surgical robot production, research and use, laying a milestone for both sides to further leverage their complementary advantages and resource sharing.
